PRICES

• Apartment rates are per person and day, exclusive of € 30.00 side costs and resort tax.
• Extra bed for 3rd person -15%.
• From mid-June to early October, the SUMMER CARD is included!

RESORT TAX
€ 5.00 per person and day; children and youths under 15 years do not pay the resort tax.


CHILD DISCOUNTS
Child discount in parents' room: 50 % up to 5 years, 30 % up to 10 years.

SHORT STAY SUPPLEMENT
We charge a 10 % short stay supplement.

PETS
Sorry, pets are not admitted.

SMOKING
This is a non-smoking accommodation. Please enjoy your cigarette on the balcony or outside the house.

INTERNET
You are welcome to use our Internet access.

BREAD DELIVERY
On request you can book our fresh bread delivery service (for an extra charge).

CANCELLATION FEES

Our Cancellation fees:

• Up to the 31st day before arrival: free of charge – advance payments are refunded.
• From the 30th day before prior to arrival 90% cancellation fee will be charged.
• In the event of early deaprture or no-show 100 % of the agreed price will be charged.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend to take out a European Travel Insurance policy – just to be on the safe side. More details available here.
